Excavation Pits

Bilfinger Berger designs and constructs turnkey excavation pits to suit the geological, geometrical and local conditions. As needed, these may consist of sloped excavations, sheet pile walls, soldier piles and lagging systems, single/secant/contiguous bored pile walls or diaphragm and cut-off walls with or without inserted steel profiles. If additional support is required, struts, base/intermediate slabs or anchors can be installed. For watertight pits in permeable soils, jetted slabs, concrete seal slabs and injection slabs can be employed.
