Large and complex construction projects have to be carried out cost effectively, fast and with the least possible risk. Our construction monitoring services can support these goals using automated procedures that indicate interruptions or disturbances at a very early stage. Recent developments in the IT and sensor sector have resulted in powerful monitoring systems that are flexible, can deal with large data volumes, and have simplified field operations. Following applications are performed by us as a daily routine:
- RAMPOS (Automated Positioning Control for Driven and Bored Works)
- HYDROPHONE Measurements (Determination of Jet-Grouting Range)
- KIKS (3-D Bore-Hole and Slurry-Wall-Panel Survey during drilling)
- NDT Methods (CSL, Koden Testing, Impact Echo, Parallel Seismic)
- Deformation Measurements (Inclinometer, Extensometer, Dilatometer)
- Automated Data Collection and Monitoring (Anchor Testing, Deformation)
- GPS Survey
Bilfinger Berger's material testing branch supports us in the process of selection and design of construction material. Our own soil laboratory facilities enable us to handle all stages of complex projects from soil investigation via design parameter verification to field quality control. Our in-house facilities can perform most soil parameter tests.
